My name is Daze Blair, aka The Inky Minx. I am an artist and illustrator, born in the Lincolnshire Wolds, UK. I have journeyed around the country a fair bit in my 25 years, but now I reside again in the cosy greenery of my home county. I am queer and non-binary. I use they/them pronouns. I have 3 cats Tadpole, Spoonz and Ordeal: as a trio they are my harshest critics! 

 

My artwork, I hope, speaks to something universal. It speaks to feelings we all have inside, those of being deeply unsettled and confused, or those of wonder, magic, of laughter and sometimes of deep peace. I enjoy playing with concepts such as archetypes, cycles, fantasy worlds or, on the darker side, demons, horror and fear. I’m inspired by the natural world, by the inner workings of my own brain, and by supernatural concepts.
